The Morales family from Finca Aguacatones and Rosma are based in Huehuetenango. After successfully finding homes for their coffee, Fredy, along with his brother Alex and wife Yadi, embarked on a small-scale project to support neighbouring smallholder farmers. They shared their expertise in quality and coffee processing, amongst other skills, assisting these producers to improve their crop.
At Rascal, we work with Coffee Bird - who have built a community based on trust and integrity, connecting passionate farmers with dedicated roasters and breaking down traditional barriers. Growing coffee is a labor of love, requiring immense effort and resilience to succeed each harvest. It is awesome when farmers are able to collaborate together and help each other out.
Through our collaboration with Coffee Bird, these farmers receive new plants, fertilizers, processing education, and year-round support.
Join us in celebrating the hard work and passion that go into every cup, supporting the farmers who make it all possible.
