El Decaf is a multi-farm Guatemalan blend from Antigua, Acatenango and Huehuetenango — Bourbon, Caturra and Typica varieties with a touch of Gesha, all washed and grown at altitude. Hand-picked, patio dried, and decaffeinated using the sugarcane process so none of the flavour is lost.

A washed, Strictly Hard Bean blend from Antigua, Acatenango and Huehuetenango — Bourbon, Caturra and Typica varieties with a touch of Gesha, hand-picked at altitude.
Washed and patio dried in Guatemala, then decaffeinated in Bremen: ethyl acetate, naturally derived from sugarcane, gently removes the caffeine while preserving all the rich complexity and flavour of the coffee.
We roast small-batches every week on a Loring roaster in East London.

This blend is a true all-rounder — it works beautifully in milk drinks and as filter, and really shines as espresso.
